What are IFS Couples Intensives?
Our IFS Couples Intensives were designed to help couples experience relief faster and get to the root of their conflict quicker.
For some couples the traditional 50 minute a week sessions doesn’t fit their needs. They would rather do A LOT of work in a short amount of time.
Our IFS Couples Intensives range from 1 day to 2 days depending on your needs. We normally schedule intensives on weekends but can sometimes make arrangements for weekdays. We have plenty of breaks in between so that you can have time to reflect and recharge before diving into the work again.
At the beginning of our time together I will meet with as a couple and both individually to get a better sense of how you both see the problem. From there we will develop a roadmap with detail oriented items that will point us in the direction of where to go and get started. At the end of our time together we will talk next steps and leave you with a plan to continue what you learned during the intensive.

Yes! We will break once before lunch, during lunch, and once after lunch for each day.

We have a list of recommendations for your time in between sessions. You'll be given our curated list of hotel recommendations, restaurants, and activities to make your intensive an enjoyable experience.

Frequently Asked Questions
How IFS Couples Intensives Work
Step 1:
We start with a free 20 minute consultation. This will be a brief conversation where both of you can give me a better understanding of the problems you face.
If we decide to move forward we will get a date agreed upon for the intensive.
A $500 security deposit will be required to after the consultation with the remaining balance to be paid the date of the consultation.
Step 2:
Leading up to the intensive you’ll be sent some questionnaires as well as our curated list of hotel choices, restaurants and activities.
First Day-
90 minutes together
30 minute lunch break
50 minutes with one of you
50 minutes with one of you
15 minute break
Closing remarks
In between sessions I will be developing a road map on how to address the problems you face so that we can get as much work done as possible.
Step 3:
On our second day we will start with helping you address the problem in your relationship using IFS. We will work with both of your nervous systems and communication patterns and work towards your unique goals.
Second Day-
90 minutes together
15 minute break
90 minutes together
30 minute lunch break
Closing remarks and roadmap to continue with progress.
Once you leave on the second day you can feel confident that you have a plan on what needs addressing in your relationship and experience real change quickly.
