OUR APPROACH

My experience as an IFS Supervisor

You might be wondering what my IFS supervision style is like and what experience I have.

My supervision style is pretty down to earth. I connect with my supervisees on a deep level and provide them with a safe space so that they can explore their own inner systems as well as collaborate on stuck points in IFS Therapy.

I believe good IFS supervision requires blending our own personal work with practical skills. When IFS supervision can include both insights and skills it really helps you feel more confident as a clinician.

I’ve continued to lean on my IFS Training to help supervisees become the clinician they know they can be. My experience with IFS includes

  • Program Assistant in over 300 hours of IFS Trainings

  • Assisted in teaching IFS’s introductory PA Training Program

  • Trained in Somatic IFS and IFIO Couples Counseling.

  • Participated in over 50+ hours of IFS Supervision and Consultation

Being a clinician is hard enough, doing it alone makes it even harder. I would love to support you as an IFS Supervisor.

If you think you would benefit from IFS Supervision schedule a free consultation.

How IFIO Therapy Works

Step 1:

Start with a free 20 minute consultation. This will be a brief conversation where both of you can give me a better understanding of what your relational problem is and ask me questions.

We will schedule your first appointment if it’s a good fit and get started!

Step 2:

Now we get into the work!

We work with both of your inner systems to understand the sense of protection that’s contributing to the problem.

Using IFIO’s innovative tracking technique and neurobiology informed methods, we start to peel back the layers of problems in the relationship.

Step 3:

Our last step is changing the way you both communicate, healing the pain that exists in the relationship, and facilitating repair between the two of you.

You now can feel an inner sense of freedom and the capacity to love more deeply.
