MY STORY
As a man who struggled with low self-esteem, I’ve been where you are.
As far as I can remember I struggled tremendously in relationships and dating. I remember vividly how it felt to be consumed by anxiety about girls I liked or what career to choose. I had no real concept of who I was on the inside.

This version of masculinity wasn’t serving me and I knew I needed to make a change but didn’t know how. That’s when I found Internal Family Systems and began the long road to healing my relationship with masculinity. IFS therapy for men helped me heal the wounds I had at a young age surrounding my low self-esteem.
The healing IFS therapy has provided me has allowed me to deepen my relationships with friends, my partner, and my client’s. I can recognize my sensitivity as a strength and not a weakness.
I now work with men so that they can feel a similar sense of freedom.
How IFS Therapy Works
Step 1:
Start with a free 20 minute consultation. This will be a brief conversation where you can ask questions and get to know each other.
We will schedule your first appointment if it’s a good fit and get started!
Step 2:
Now comes the important part! We do a deep dive of your issues using IFS Therapy and techniques. We utilize a holistic mind-body connection to understanding what’s troubling you.
We understand how your nervous system is trying to protect you and move towards feeling more freedom internally.
Step 3:
Our last step is healing the any pain originating in the past and orienting to safety consistently.
This can allow your nervous system to respond more freely and move into a more reflexive position.
